We are currently creating Community Help Hubs across our area offering people opportunity for direct support in local community spaces.
Our new drop-in service gives people opportunity to speak to one of the team directly without having to go through a long referral process. Where possible we will help you find answers, information or support you to access on-line services on the day.
If we are unable to support you directly we will try to link you with one of our community partners.
Where you can find our Community Help Hubs
Every Tuesday
12 noon to 3pm
No appointment needed
Please sign in at the main reception and take a seat. A staff member will come down and speak to you directly.
Last Thursday of the month
10:30am to 12:30pm
No appointment needed
Call in to the church and speak to a member of the team.
There is a great cafe if you need to sit and wait.

At the drop-ins we will offer people support to access services on-line such as:
- Bus passes
- Blue badges
- Recycle centre registration
- Finding out information
- Accessing services - care, support, community
- Help understanding correspondence
and much more!
Please remember to bring all the relevant documents you may need.
