Individuals frequently encounter challenges that affect their lives and may find it difficult to cope on their own. These obstacles can stem from factors such as social barriers, insufficient information, lack of internet access, and more.


Help Hub will begin by engaging in conversation with each person to explore their options and access help they need.

We will never give you advice or tell you what to do and can't promise to fix things for you but we will try and find out what options are available to you. 



There are some things that we can't help with such as applying for benefits, legal matters or finding you a new home but we will aim to help you access support from one of our community partners or

statutory services.
